This is the Garage conversion of foxes shute. We were below the surrounding ground level so had to Black Jack (tanking) internal walls not connected to the house walls and K-11 the house walls followed by a damp proof barrier. Then we had to insulate the garage to make to me U values.
The floor laid on was concrete and then laminate. The client also wanted a wood burner so we had to build a fire place and chimney. The Design and colour is specified by the client. We had a staircase made and fitted. The walls were plastered as was the ceiling and then we painted according to the clients wishes.
